## Information stored on your device

CodeBox stores favorite tool identifiers and recent tool identifiers in local application preferences. This information stays on your device. You can delete it by clearing CodeBox's app storage or uninstalling the app.

## Clipboard and Android share sheet

CodeBox accesses clipboard text when you explicitly use a paste action and accepts text you explicitly send through the Android share sheet. This content is used only to provide the requested on-device function.

## External services and links

CodeBox may open a URL in your chosen browser or interact with the platform app store only after you request that action. The destination application or website may process information under its own privacy policy. CodeBox does not control those third parties.

## Data security

CodeBox is designed to keep tool input on the device. No method of software delivery or device storage is completely secure, so you should avoid processing secrets on a compromised or untrusted device.

## Data retention and deletion

We do not operate a server that retains CodeBox user data. Tool input is not retained by us. Local favorites and recents remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it.

CodeBox is a developer utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
